UnicredX is a loan readiness assessment platform. We provide tools to help users understand their loan eligibility and prepare for loan applications. We are NOT a lender, NBFC, or loan marketplace.
Readiness scores, EMI calculations, and recommendations are indicative only. They do not constitute a loan offer, pre-approval, or guarantee of any lending decision by any financial institution.
Users must provide accurate information. Self-declared data (CIBIL range, income, etc.) is used as-is. UnicredX is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate self-declarations.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee loan access, priority processing, or any specific benefit. Waitlist position may change based on profile updates and platform policies.
Loan facilitation services (Phase 2) will be offered through RBI-regulated NBFCs. Separate terms will apply. Users will need to provide explicit consent and complete KYC before any loan application.
UnicredX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loan rejections, credit score impacts, or financial losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.
